However, the Colorado SCSI PowerTapes can be configured to work under Windows NT. The actual hardware is manufactured by Colorado Memory Systems and the firmware for the tape drives are made by Tandberg, which is on the HCL. The following list describes the Colorado PowerTape models and it’s compatible Tandberg Tape Drive Model: PowerTape 2 GB Model PT25 - Tangberg TDC 4100 PowerTape 4 GB Model PT50 - Tandberg TDC 4200 Steps to Install the PowerTape under Windows NT ----------------------------------------------- 1. Select the Windows NT Setup Icon from the Main Group and start the setup program. 2. Select Options from the Menu. 3. Choose ADD/Remove Tape Devices. 4. From the Tape Device Setup dialog box choose the Add button. 5. From the Select Tape Devices Dialog Option Box, select the devices drop down box arrow. 6. Then Select the Tandberg 3669, 3829, 4120, 4220 driver. 7. Now select the Install Button and follow the instructions.
